Group Session Topics
Join us as we explore essential topics to help you balance blood sugar and support metabolic health. Group sessions will cover: what glucose is and why it matters, understanding insulin resistance, the fat-insulin connection, key factors that influence blood sugar, and practical tips for blood sugar balance. During the second class, you'll also get to sample microgreens and learn how they can help increase your intake of complex carbohydrates at every meal. Educational handouts will be provided at each session.
All classes and appointments will be billed to your insurance. Copays and deductibles will apply.
