Join our Healthy Brain Lifestyle Program, beginning in August, and learn practical,

evidence-based strategies to support lifelong brain health in a supportive small-group setting.

Over seven weeks, nationally board-certified health coaches Roberta and Asha (add last name

and title) will guide participants through four key lifestyle shifts shown to support brain health,

emotional well-being, and cognitive vitality.

Four in-person group coaching sessions, Guidance on implementing the Healthy Brain Protocol,

Practical lifestyle strategies and accountability, Interactive activities designed to support brain

health.

Each sessions focuses on one core area of brain health: Supplements for Brain Health, The Social Brain, Stress Less - Think More, Nature - Mind - Mood.
