Are you experiencing changes in memory, focus, mood, or problem-solving, or simply want to be proactive about your brain health?
Join our Healthy Brain Lifestyle Program, beginning in February, and learn practical,
evidence-based strategies to support lifelong brain health in a supportive small-group setting.
Over seven weeks, nationally board-certified health coaches Roberta and Asha (add last name
and title) will guide participants through four key lifestyle shifts shown to support brain health,
emotional well-being, and cognitive vitality.

Four in-person group coaching sessions, Guidance on implementing the Healthy Brain Protocol,
Practical lifestyle strategies and accountability, Interactive activities designed to support brain
health.
