Group coaching topics will include the benefits of intermittent fasting, debunking fasting myths, autophagy, the science behind fasting, various types of fasts, different eating and fasting window lengths, how and why fasting is different for women, steps to building a fasting lifestyle, tips for success, and how and when to implement a 72-hour fast. Educational handouts will be provided at each group visit. 

 

All classes and appointments will be billed to your insurance. Copays and deductibles will apply.
