Her coach approach is holistic, addressing all areas of life that affect health including food choices, exercise, stress, sleep, and the mind-body connection. Each session or educational program is tailored to motivate, empower and support patient health goals in a way that works best for them, improving their quality of life and overall happiness.
Orginally from Toronto, Canada, Toby relocated to Scottsdale in 1998. Having worked in the Special Events Industry for 12 years prior to embarking on her health coaching career, she still loves all aspects of planning events including design and decor, meal planning, cooking and table-scaping. For relaxation she enjoys spending quality time with family, travel, being present in nature, gardening, reading and practicing reformer Pilates.
