Bianca Leung is a certified Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2012, completed her Dietetic Internship at Iowa State University in 2013, and graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition in 2016. With the calling to serve her patients to a higher level beyond dietetics, Bianca embarked on the journey to becoming a physician assistant and graduated from A. T. Still University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2021.
Bianca’s unique qualification as a nutrition expert has shaped how she practices medicine. She has experience in academia, corporate wellness, performance, and cooking services. She uses nutrition to serve patients in all stages of life and utilizes medical nutrition therapy for those with chronic diseases. Bianca applies her versatile skills and knowledge of functional nutrition and wellness to address the root causes of illness and disease with special interests in gastroenterological syndromes and diseases, women’s health, performance optimization, and alternative cooking and baking methods.
Bianca is passionate about empowering each person’s autonomy in health and wellness through education, sustainable action, and continual progress. Her focus is to create a safe space for patients to be curious about self-healing as they work together to develop sustainable life-long practices.
In her free time Bianca keeps active with mountain biking, hiking, camping, and strength training. She also loves preparing fine foods, and is either covered in flour or quenching her inquisition in a good book if you find her indoors.
